The Identification of doors presents some difficulty as columns have been manufactured by many different companies over nearly 100 years from materials such as cast iron, steel, concrete, and aluminium. They have been manufactured to so many differing designs that a fully comprehensive catalogue is a virtual impossibility.
However, the product pages below are designed to help with the vast majority of column doors and with the aid of the drawings and dimension charts, we hope that lighting engineers and buyers will be able to identify the correct door for their needs.

Generally, doors are produced from mild steel and supplied galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461. They can be supplied primed ready to piant of finished to any paint specification.
